Bedroom Oasis

This bedroom was a delight to design. The lucky girl who gets to call this space hers has such a unique and beautiful vision. We used soft materials including a silk wallpaper and a shag rug, touches of green, and lots of neutrals, to make this a lovely, cozy retreat. 

Designing a custom loft bed was just the way to go here, as it is the perfect fit for this sweet girl. She wanted a space where her friends can gather, a cozy chair to curl up in and play guitar or read a book, and lots of storage. Adding the shelving accessible from both the underneath side of the loft bed as well as from the outside desk area was a sure way to meet her storage needs. We thought through every last detail with curved exposed edges and corners, fabric wrapped steps on the ladder, and cut out handles along the sides of the ladder for her to grab onto.
